What kind of digital video file formats is eemagine EEG able to read?
eemagine EEG supports all commonly used digital video file formats such as:
1. MOVIE files: MPEG1 - MPEG4
2. QUICK time files: QT
3. Windows video files: AVI
4. Windows media files: ASF, ...eemagine EEG plays back the digital video synchronized to the EEG as recorded.

In what kind of languages does eemagine EEG come?
eemagine EEG comes in three different languages:
1. English
2. French

After changing the language you have to restart eemagine EEG.

When does the counter for the 30-day trial license start?
When starting eemagine for the first time, eemagine creates the 30-day trial license. Then the "Trial licence" dialog appears, just press "OK" in order to start eemagine. The "Trial licence" dialog shows the remaining days of the trial licence each time you start up the eemagine software.

How can I get updates for eemagine EEG?
From within the eemagine EEG software go to the menu point Help->Product Updates.
Then your default web browser will open the update web page of eemagine.
Please check the build number of the latest version offered there and compare it to your own build number. You can find your own build number on the dialog shown when you choose Help->About eemagine. The build number is shown as follows:(1.0.0.4)
If the build number on the update web page is higher than your own build number please download the update as mentioned on the update page.

What kind of changes can I expect in updates of eemagine EEG?
Updates of eemagine EEG will usually contain new functionality, newly added EEG data file formats and bug fixes for problems communicated by the users.

Updates to the software are provided free of charge within one year after purchase of the software. Therefor you won't need a new license key within one year after purchasing the software.

How can I enable support for the Bio-logic CEEGraph file format?
eemagine EEG fully supports read-access to Bio-logic CEEGraph EEG files. There are no special issues to be taken care of when running eemagine EEG on Bio-logic's DEEG hardware (acquisition of reader station, Windows® 98 PC) Because of the security methods used by Bio-logic, you have to follow some instructions to install Bio-logic's hardware key-lock and security software if you intend to read these data on a separate PC. How can I enable support to show Micromed digital video files?
eemagine EEG fully supports read-access to Micromed video files. In case you run eemagine EEG on a computer, where the Micromed video software is already installed, eemagine EEG should properly show the digital video files. Otherwise you will have to install a special video codec. Please contact us for detailed information.

Can I automate tasks in eemagine EEG?
If you perform a task repeatedly in eemagine EEG, you can automate the task using a macro. A macro is a series of commands and instructions that you group together as a single command to accomplish a task automatically. Instead of manually performing a series of time-consuming, repetitive actions, you can create and run a single macro - in effect, a custom command - that accomplishes the task for you.

Can I work with my own algorithm in eemagine EEG?
eemagine EEG supports Add-In DLLs: In an Add-In DLL you can implement your own algorithm as an extension to eemagine EEG. Add-In DLLs will be loaded automatically when eemagine starts. The Add-Ins can also insert their toolbars into eemagine. A sample project showing this technique will be available soon. Please contact us if you are interested in this technique.
